Ethos is pleased to announce the opening of our new satellite office in Tennessee. This will provide us with a larger national presence and will enable us to better serve our clients in the Southeastern part of the country. Additional satellite locations are expected to open as our organization continues its rapid growth.
In January 2010, Ethos rolled out our new online account management system. This comprehensive system enables clients to manage all aspects of their files. Users have full access to our proprietary claims system, allowing them to enter assignments, review and enter case notes, view reports, watch streaming video clips, run various metric reports, and much, much more. Our updated system improves turnaround time, creates a paperless environment should our clients wish to operate in this manner, and streamlines the entire investigative process.
